Efficient Accounting Services began with a vision to not only build a successful business for myself but also to create a platform that enables others to achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. I realized that many aspiring business owners struggle with the financial aspects of running a company, often feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about where to start.
Driven by a desire to alleviate these pain points, I established Efficient Accounting Services with a mission to provide tailored financial solutions that empower entrepreneurs to focus on what they do best – growing their businesses.
Kelli is married to Michael and they reside in Hagerstown with their 3 rescue dogs.

With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in bookkeeping, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client engagement. Diligent and detail oriented, she excels in maintaining accurate financial records and providing insightful analysis to support informed decision-making.
Outside of work, you can often find Melissa with her nose buried in a book or spending quality time with her husband and kids. Melissa is committed to delivering exceptional service to her clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance that allows her to pursue her personal interests and nurture meaningful connections with loved ones.
